How to Book Online

STEP 1: Create an account

Click on the Login/Register button located at the top right corner of the page and follow all the instructions. 

STEP 2: Search for items you need

In the search bar, type in the keyword of the items you want and then click the magnifying glass.

STEP 3: Key in the details for each item

Key in your information in the column provided. If you select multiple days, kindly key in the event time and date for each day. As for single day booking you may select the time in the dropdown options.

STEP 4: Add item to the cart

Once you have key in your information, you may click ‘Book’ button and a popup will appear on the right of your screen showing the item(s) you’ve added in your cart.

STEP 5: View cart

Click on the cart icon on the top right of the website and a popup will appear on the right of your screen. Scroll down and click on the view cart button to double check on the details for each item before proceeding to the checkout page.

STEP 6: Place order

Once you have finished checking the item(s) details you may click place order to fill in your billing and shipping details. In the checkout page you are required to key in your delivery information and click place order to request for quote.

STEP 7: Confirm order

We will contact you between 2-3 working days to confirm your booking. Once you receive our confirmation email, please make payment within 48 hours after receiving the email. Failure to do so, we will release your booking.

STEP 8: Make payment

Center Stage accepts online bank transfer, ATM and Cash payment. We will provide you the bank details once you confirm your order. Please make payment within 48 hours after receiving our confirmation email and always email us a copy of your payment slip as proof so that we can track your payment and process your order.

STEP 9: Payment Successful

We will send you a “payment success” email together with receipt and the booking details once our account department checks and received your payment.

STEP 10: Complete payment & Booking Reserved

We will update your order status. We will then select the items in your order, wrap and package them with care. Seal the boxes and make sure they are packed well enough for the delivery journey from us to you. After that, we will send you your tracking number to track your item(s).
